I had about 2 years of stint as a Project Lead/Engineering manager managing a handful of devs, marketing, and sales teams across startups and a mid-sized organization. I must admit I had a successful and content stint throughout.

Thanks to Dale Carnegie’s “How to win friends and influence people” ! It helped me learn how to manage people in a “human” way. I strongly recommend it to everyone reading this blog.
